Tony Hewitt



Tony assists with advising trustee boards and sponsoring employers on a broad range of pensions issues in relation to both DB and DC arrangements.

His experience includes advising trustee boards on their fiduciary duties, potential conflicts of interest and auto-enrolment compliance.  He has also assisted with advising in respect of the law surrounding TPR’s anti-avoidance powers and the danger of triggering these in a bank lending scenario.
