Sackers appoints three new associates
Sackers has announced the recruitment of Emily Whitelock, Shannon Diggory and Tony Hewitt as associates. This follows the appointment of Paige Willis, who joined Sackers in March to boost its alternative funding and contingent asset practice, and takes the total number of lawyers to 58.
Ian Pittaway, Senior Partner at Sackers, commented: “These new hires reflect the ongoing demand from our clients for high quality advice and service at all levels of the firm. We are committed to recruiting the brightest and best lawyers who are looking for a long term career in pensions so that we can continue to resource all our teams to the standard our clients expect.”
Emily Whitelock joined from Squire Patton Boggs and is a 2.5 year qualified associate. Shannon Diggory joined from Reed Smith and qualified in 2017. Tony Hewitt joined from Baker McKenzie and qualified earlier this year. At Sackers, all three will advise trustees and employers on a wide range of defined benefit and defined contribution issues.
