Associate director Andrew Worthington comments on the current regulatory initiatives that are seeking to catch up with the huge expansion of pensions under auto-enrolment which has created a far more diverse membership base. He says: “Many of our clients had already been thinking about the topic of DE&I for some time but, as soon as TPR placed more focus on it, it put higher it higher on the agenda for almost all clients.”
