I advise trustees and employers on a broad range of pensions issues concerning both DB and DC arrangements. I have a strong focus on ongoing trustee advisory work, aiming to provide clear advice with a focus on pragmatic solutions.

My experience includes advising on day-to-day queries, the interpretation of legislation and governing documentation, transfers to master trust arrangements, derisking exercises, and the pensions aspects of corporate transactions, particularly the operation of section 75 and ways to manage employer debts. I also provide training for trustees on the latest legal developments.

I have a particular interest in good scheme governance and pensions dashboards-related issues.
