I am a project manager with over 20 years’ experience in financial services and pensions administration, with a focus on DB pension arrangements. I have a proven track record in leading multi-disciplinary teams and delivering complex, strategic and operational projects.

I have managed a diverse portfolio of project-based initiatives, including the coordination of large-scale annual pension administration events, system upgrades, and regulatory driven change implementations.

Project experience includes:

  • buy-in readiness work for large multi-section pension scheme
  • annual pension event management including Benefit Statements, pension increases, and valuations
  • admin system changes, including updates to statutory factors and amendments to the Lifetime and Annual Allowances
