Sackers supports latest Female Forum Pensions Chapter event

As a proud partner of The Female Forum, we are delighted to support the latest Pension Chapter event, hosted at LCP’s London office.

Joined by Fiona Brown, Head of Group Pensions at Rolls‑Royce, we explored what it takes to structure and mobilise teams to deliver strong member outcomes. Discussion focused on the role of leadership in promoting transparency, sharing insights and collaboration within complex transaction projects.

Key themes included the importance of an independent chair in providing objectivity and direction, the value of investing time in strategic clarity, and the impact of aligning the right people to the right roles.

The Pensions Chapter of the Female Forum runs quarterly breakfasts bringing together senior women in the pensions industry to network and collaborate. Sackers has supported the Pension Chapter since its launch in 2023, along with LCP, Janus Henderson and Rothesay.
