I am a specialist pensions lawyer and advise trustees and employers on a wide range of pensions matters for both DB, DC and hybrid schemes of all sizes. I work with clients across a number of industries and sectors, supporting them on the various day-to-day challenges that arise.

My experience includes advising on issues such as trustee duties and exercising discretions, data protection and cyber security, risk transfer projects and a wide range of governance matters including preparation and implementation of TPR’s General Code of Practice. I also assist clients with negotiating provider contracts, advising on the interpretation of and changes to scheme rules, member-related matters and supporting trustee clients with legislative and regulatory compliance, scheme funding and valuation negotiations.

I particularly enjoy getting to know my clients and working closely with their advisers to ensure our advice is tailored to fit with their specific objectives and delivering bespoke trustee training to help clients respond to legal developments against that backdrop.
