George advises trustees and employers on a broad range of pensions issues across both defined benefit and defined contribution arrangements.

He regularly helps clients with their scheme documentation, governance issues, member-related matters and data protection questions. George also regularly delivers training to trustee boards.

George has worked on several longer-term projects. This experience includes:

  • advising on the closure to future accrual of large DB schemes;
  • working with trustees on projects to wind-up their DB and DC arrangements;
  • advising on buy-in and buy-out projects; and
  • advising on transfers to DC master trusts.
