I advise trustees and employers on a broad range of pensions issues concerning both DB and DC pension schemes.

My recent experience includes:

• interpreting pension scheme rules, pensions legislation and guidance
• reviewing a wide variety of commercial agreements
• assisting with governance issues including advising on the requirements of the Pension Regulator’s General Code.

I have also been involved in preparing and delivering trustee training on specific topics relevant to DB and DC schemes.
