I am a specialist pensions lawyer with many years’ experience advising trustees and companies on all aspects of UK pensions law, regulation and industry best practice. I am a DC specialist but also have a thriving DB practice – my clients include trustees/providers of master trusts, DC and DB occupational pension schemes, personal pension providers, IGCs, and international/FTSE 100 and 250 companies.

Advising across the full range of workplace and personal pension arrangements makes me uniquely placed to provide independent advice and ideas on issues which span trust and contract pension provision. It also gives me a practical appreciation of the key challenges we need to overcome to secure good outcomes for members. I am passionate about eliminating the gender and ethnicity pensions gap and am working on industry initiatives which seek to influence change here.  I chair and co-ordinate cross industry initiatives on value for money aimed at improving member outcomes and feed into regulatory developments at DWP, FCA and TPR in this space.   I pride myself on providing innovative solutions for DB and DC clients which focus on what clients want to achieve rather than simply describing the legal barriers to change.
