Kirsty advises trustees and employers on the full range of pensions matters for both DB and DC pension arrangements.
Her recent experience includes: advising on the transition of third-party administrators, scheme closures and discharging scheme assets, and acting for trustees in relation to valuation and funding negotiations including proactive engagement with the Pensions Regulator.
Kirsty has a particular interest in DB to DC transfers and liability management exercises, on which she regularly provides training and advice.
