Liam Goulding



Liam advises trustees and employers on a broad range of issues in connection with both DB and DC arrangements.

He regularly advises on amendments to the governing documentation of schemes, reviewing and updating scheme documentation and interpreting pensions legislation and guidance. He also has experience in advising on and implementing scheme mergers and scheme closures, as well as advising clients in relation to the Pensions Regulator’s moral hazard regime.
