I advise trustees and sponsors on a broad range of issues in connection with both DB and DC arrangements, including in relation to scheme mergers, scheme closures, administration agreements and data protection.

I have particular expertise in advising on the pensions-related aspects of corporate transactions, as well as advising on a wide range of finance and investment matters, including buy-ins and buy-outs, longevity swaps and derisking generally.

I have spent time on secondment to the Trustee Executive arm of the National Grid UK Pension Scheme, assisting with the £2.8bn buy-in of Section A of the Scheme, and am the former chair of the Early Careers Professional Group of the Society for Pensions Professionals.
