I am a DC and CDC specialist and advise trustees and providers of large commercial pension schemes, including DC master trusts, DB superfunds, and CDC arrangements. My experience includes establishing, authorising and advising commercial schemes on a range of business-as-usual items spanning investment, administration, governance and operational issues.

Recent experience 

• advising five DC master trusts through the authorisation process with the Pensions Regulator in 2017-2019
• advising on the first authorised master trust-to-master trust transfer under continuity option one
• advising on a significant Part VII transfer with DC workplace business transferring from one market leading insurer to another
• advising on the first winding up of an authorised master trust.
