I am a legal project manager with a proven track record of delivering large scale projects across the finance and legal industries. I spent over seven years working in financial and regulatory services, including top tier accountancy firms, with a particular focus on pensions, before joining Sackers. The knowledge and experience I gained enable me to deliver added value on client projects with technical and/or regulatory features.

In addition to the foundations of project management (scoping and planning, budgeting, managing and delivery), my role includes stakeholder mapping and management, communications planning, risk management and costs reporting. To achieve operational efficiencies and optimise client legal spend, I strive to identify new technological solutions and support their implementation through change management.

I hold certificates in legal and general project management (PRINCE2, IILPM and am Scrum Master certified).
