Oliver Topping

Senior Associate


Oliver advises trustees and employers on a range of pensions issues including the interpretation of pensions legislation and scheme rules.

He has been involved in advising occupational pension schemes of all sizes and structures and assessing the impact of new laws on those schemes.

Oliver is a member of the firm’s finance and investment group and has advised on investment management agreements and has undertaken due diligence on a wide range of pooled funds including infrastructure, property and company finance funds.

He has a particular interest in Defined Contribution scheme matters and regularly advises a number of large DC schemes on matters including member booklets and scheme communications, compliance matters and policy developments.
