Sophia Russell


Sophia advises trustees and employers on a broad range of pensions issues concerning both defined benefit and defined contribution schemes.

Her recent experience includes advising on transfers to master trust arrangements, de-risking exercises, and the pensions aspects of corporate transactions, particularly the operation of section 75 and ways to manage employer debts. She has also been involved in training trustees on the latest legal developments.
