I advise trustees and employers on a broad range of pensions matters relating to both DB and DC arrangements. My experience covers day-to-day scheme queries, interpreting pensions legislation and governing documentation, and pensions tax issues.

I have assisted with superfund transactions and on corporate transactions, including a college merger involving public sector pension arrangements. My work also includes section 37 reviews of historic scheme amendments, alongside supporting clients on governance and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

I have also helped prepare training materials and presentations on legal developments, including the Pensions Regulator’s powers in the context of a company restructuring.
