Sackers recruits three new associates

Sackers announces its hiring of Leanne Carter, Sarah Donnan and Dan Traynor as associates. Their arrival takes the total number of lawyers at Sackers to 64.

Leanne Carter joins from Macfarlanes, where she qualified into their pensions team in 2020. Dan Traynor trained at Shepherd and Wedderburn, a Scottish headquartered UK law firm, where he qualified earlier this year. At Sackers, they will both be advising trustees and employers on a wide range of defined benefit and defined contribution issues.

Sarah Donnan trained and qualified within the Commercial Law Group of the Government Legal Department. She joins Sackers’ highly regarded specialist pensions litigation team and will advise trustees and employers on all types of disputes from member complaints to high court litigation.
