Navigating AI in pensions
Partner Ferdy Lovett and associate director Katy Harries were delighted to present a session on navigating AI in pensions at the PMI Trustee Workbench in London on 19 June.
AI is becoming more and more commonplace, with a recent survey finding that pension schemes are expected to have “widely adopted” AI within the next 10 years. In this session, Ferdy and Katy explored how some service providers to pension schemes are already using AI and how they might use it in the future. They worked through some practical examples, highlighting how AI can impact the trustees’ role, as well as considering potential risks and how to manage them.
