Dan advises trustees and employers on a wide range of issues relating to DB and DC pension arrangements.

He advises on various day-to-day scheme governance queries and data protection compliance related issues. Dan is involved in drafting and interpreting scheme documentation and drafting member communications for various clients. In addition, he advises on section 75 employer debt issues and has experience in negotiating service provider contracts on behalf of trustee clients.
