I advise both trustees and employers across a broad spectrum of occupational pension arrangements, from large open DB schemes to Master Trusts and other DC arrangements. This work ranges from large projects and transactions through to discrete technical queries.

My experience includes advising on end-game solutions, de-risking transactions, scheme closures and a wide range of day-to-day governance and administration matters, as well as the interpretation of legislation and scheme documentation. I also have experience advising on data protection and pensions tax issues.

I have a particular interest in developments shaping the future of the pensions industry, including pensions dashboards, the use of AI and CDC schemes as well as wider innovation focused on improving member outcomes.

I am a member of the Society of Pension Professionals DB Committee and regularly contribute to industry discussions on emerging pensions policy issues.
