I advise trustees and employers on a broad range of pensions matters relating to both DB and DC arrangements.

My experience includes advising on day‑to‑day pension queries, as well as interpreting pensions legislation, scheme rules and governing documentation. I regularly review a wide variety of commercial agreements and support clients on scheme governance matters, including compliance with the Pensions Regulator’s General Code.

I have also been involved in preparing materials for, and delivering, trustee training and presentations on key legal developments affecting pension schemes.
