Samuel Taylor

Senior associate

Sam advises trustees and employers on a wide range of DB and DC pensions issues.

From a trustee perspective, Sam has experience in advising on business-as-usual pensions issues, as well as risk transfer projects. Recent examples include advising on an enhanced transfer exercise, a bulk transfer into a DC master trust, the closure of a scheme to future accrual and a buy-out of a DB scheme in advance of scheme wind-up.
