Seminar: Why the Pensions Ombudsman matters

Tuesday 9 April 2019

With increased levels of scrutiny surrounding trustee decisions, from both members and the world at large, this interactive seminar focuses on recent developments and determinations issued by the Pensions Ombudsman. We will look at how these impact the approach that trustees should take when making decisions and handling tricky complaints.

The session will use a series of case studies to highlight key trends and practical steps that trustees can take.

By attending this event you can claim 1.5 hours CPD under the PMI CPD scheme.
