Sackers at PMI’s DC and Master Trust Symposium

We are delighted to be attending Pension Management Institute’s DC and Master Trust Symposium today. Partners Helen Ball and Oliver Topping will be giving their seminar on trustee duties to vulnerable individuals at 12.35pm. The discussion will focus on what makes a person vulnerable, what the law currently requires and how this might generate new trustee duties.
