Sackers retains its top tier ranking in new Chambers UK guide

Sackers has maintained its top tier ranking for pensions in the new edition of Chambers UK, for another year.

Chambers UK describes Sackers as a “distinguished pensions boutique with a broad array of experience in defined benefit and defined contribution schemes … and strong litigation capabilities.” Interviewees recommend the firm for “its immense bench strength and universally good quality of output”, “providing comprehensive analysis and clear conclusions that truly help trustees to reach decisions efficiently” and note “they are practical, well resourced and responsive, with strong industry knowledge.”

A total of nine Sackers lawyers have been ranked in the pensions and pensions litigation sections: David Saunders, Edward Hayes, Pauline Sibbit, Janet Brown, Faith Dickson and Philippa Connaughton for pensions and Peter Murphy, James Bingham and Arshad Khan for pensions litigation.

David Saunders, senior partner at Sackers, commented: “These rankings demonstrate how highly our clients value the advice and service they receive from all our lawyers, right across the firm. We are delighted that our specialist model continues to hit the spot and that our clients enjoy working with us as much as we do with them.”
